Lake Geneva, Switzerland

After visiting the town and seeing the food festival we drove 5 minutes out of town following the lake to find somewhere to park and enjoy the views over the lake.

Well it took all of 2 minutes before the clan had their costumes on and were enjoying the refreshing lake on a beautiful hot day. We planned to stay here until early evening before setting off for a night drive towards Beaune.

As the sun set on Geneva we packed up and headed out of Switzerland towards France and a cool drive up and over the mountains leaving them for good and heading into flat country. Bliss!

      We loved Geneva, it was a stunning city. The lake was refreshing on a hot day and the food was good. Will definitely be returning soon!!
